| dc.description.abstract | WHO의 ‘합리적이고 안전한 의약품 사용’ 에 대한 주창과 더불어 의약품의 안전한사용 환경 마련을 위해 우리나라에서는 시판 후 조사제도(PMS), 약의분업실시 등의 노력을 기울이고 있으나 이를 위한 국내ㆍ외 수많은 정보의 신속한 수집과 축적, 정확한 분석과 평가, 신뢰성있는 정보의 시의적절한 보급 및 활용 등 의약품안전정보에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 관리가 제대로 수행되지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 국내 의약품안전정보 관리현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 해외 의약품안전정보 관리현황을 분석하여 의약품안전 정보 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다. 의약품안전정보관리에 있어 추구하고자 하는 비전은 ‘의약품의 안전하고 합리적인 사용’, 목표는 의약품정보의 신속한 수집, 의약품정보의 공정한 평가 및 다양한 분석, 검증된 공적 의약품정보 생산, 최신의 정확한 의약품정보의 시의적절하고 원활한 제공 등으로 설정코자 하며 의약품안전정보를 관리하기 위해서는 국가적인 전담관리가 필요하다. |
