dc.description.abstract	· 최근 수도권 인구 집중은 수도권의 인구 증가와 지방의 인구 감소가 동시에 일어나면서 가속화 되고 있는데, 특히 인구이동에서 수도권 순유입으로의 반전은 인구 불균형을 더욱 심화시키고 있음. · 수도권 인구 순유입은 사실상 지방 청년인구의 순유입 현상으로, 지방의 청년인구 유출은 지방 인구 감소, 고령화 심화, 지역경제 활력 저하 등 직접적 영향과, 출산아 수 감소로 인한 자연감소 심화, 수도권으로의 인재 유출 위험 등의 부정적 파급효과를 만들어 내고 있음. · 청년 유출이 심각한 지방에서는 지역 인구정책과 청년정책의 적극적 결합이 필요한데, 청년정책 기본계획의 수립을 앞두고 지방과 청년의 상호 발전을 꾀할 수 있는 정책 시도들이 요구됨.
