| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 근로빈곤층 지원을 위한 사회보장분야 정책을 연구범위로 설정하여 현재 시행되고 있는 평가 체계 현황과 문제점을 진단하고자 하였다. 더불어 심층 평가 활성화를 위한 정책 평가에 대한 분석 및 문제점을 점검하였다. 평가 체계 현황과 문제점 진단을 통해 사회보장정책 효과 증진을 위한 평가체계 개선방향을 도출하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 기존 실적점검 차원의 평가에서 나아가 국민 체감도를 높일 수 있는 사회보장정책의 효과를 높이기 위한 평가로 강화될 수 있기를 기대한다. |
