dc.description.abstract	덴마크와 네덜란드는 유연안정성 모델로 잘 알려진 국가다. 유연안정성 모델에서는 관대한 복지제도, 활발하고 적극적인 노동시장 정책과 함께 비교적 쉬운 해고를 허용하고 있다. 이 글에서는 두 나라가 코로나19에 따른 대량 실업의 위기에 맞서 어떤 노동정책을 보여 주는지 살펴본다. 덴마크는 일자리유지계획과 단기노동계획, 네덜란드는 임시 긴급 고용유지지원제도를 통해 유연성을 허락하는 전통적인 접근에서 일부 벗어나 고용 안정과 보호에 힘쓰고 있다. 두 나라가 유연안정성 모델을 일부 수정하면서 위기 상황에 유연하게 대처한 점이 주목할 만하다.
