dc.description.abstract	· 코로나19 확산에 따라 집단돌봄에 대한 불안이 커지며 개별 방문돌봄의 역할이 높아지고 있음. · 중앙정부에서 제공하는 7가지 방문돌봄서비스의 현황과 감염병 관련 안전 규정, 현 코로나19 확산과 관련된 대응과 지침을 파악하고 향후 과제를 제안하고자 함. · 방문돌봄서비스는 사업별 차이는 있으나 평시 관리 체계로 제공인력 자격 관리를 통한 보건관리 규정, 감염병 발생 시 보고 및 대응 체계, 감염병 전염 위험이 있는 이용자를 위한 서비스 방안 등을 갖추고 있음. · 현재 코로나19 확산과 관련하여 기존 서비스 이용자가 본인과 제공인력, 보호자 등의 격리로 서비스 확대가 필요하거나 기존 서비스 미이용자에게 긴급 돌봄이 필요한 경우 대응하는 방안을 마련함. · 긴급서비스의 원활한 운영과 공백 없는 서비스 이용을 위해 긴급 지침과 매뉴얼 준수에 대한 관리와 점검, 서비스 이용인원과 돌봄제공인력 안전을 위한 조치 확대, 사태 장기화에 대비한 서비스 정상화 방안 마련, 제공인력 보건 관련 기준 강화, 장애유형별 특성을 고려한 서비스 지원방식 개선 등이 요구됨.
