| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 장애인고용패널 1차 wave에 대한 종단 분석을 통해 고용이 장애인의 가구소득, 빈곤지위, 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤으며, 최근 8년간 장애인 근로자가 직업전환, 임금 등 노동 시장내에서 어떠한 변화를 경험하였고 이러한 변화를 유발한 요인이 무엇인지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구방법: 고용의 다차원적 성과 모델은 고정효과모형을 적용하여 패널로짓분석을, 장애인 근로자의 직업전환 및 임금변화 모델은 다항로짓분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 취업은 장애인가구의 경상소득을 연간 1,626만원 증가시켰으며, 빈곤을 낮추고 삶의 만족도를 높이는 효과를 유발하였다. 또한 장애인 근로자 세 명 중 한 명이 비자발적으로 직업을 바꾼 가운데, 중증, 정신장애인, 여성, 노동 조합 없는 경우, 시간제근무, 연금 및 고용보험 미가입인 경우에 비자발적 이직의 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지난 8년간 장애인 근로자의 평균 임금은 매년 증가하였으나, 중위 임금 기준의 임금 증가는 없었다. 결론: 본 논문의 분석 결과는 더 많은 장애인들에게 고용의 기회가 제공되어야 하며, 동시에 장애인 근로자의 비자발적 직업전환을 억제하고 안정적인 임금 상승이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 일자리 의 질 제고 정책이 적극적으로 전개되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. |
