| dc.description.abstract | 1978년 이탈리아 정신건강보호체계는(Italian System of the Mental Health Care) 정신질환자에 대한 ‘편견 해소(destigmatization)’를 위해 정신질환에 대한 새로운 사회문화적 접근을 수용하였다. 2015년 기준, 이탈리아는 183개의 정신건강국(DMH: Departments of Mental Health)을 운영하고 있으며, 이는 인구 27만 7000명당 1개 수준이다. 종사자 수는 2만 9260명으로 인구 10만 명당 58명 정도인데 이 서비스기관 종사자의 안전과 건강은 특별한 사회적 관심사였다. 2008년 4월 9일 통과된 이탈리아 입법령 제81호는 정신건강시설 종사자의 안전과 건강 보장을 명시하고, 이탈리아 보건부의 2008년 권고안 제8호는 정신건강서비스를 포함한 의료 분야 내 직장폭력 예방에 초점을 맞추고 있다. |
