Akers의 사회학습이론을 적용한 청소년 비행 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 Akers의 사회학습이론을 적용한 국내 청소년 비행 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 청소년 비행의 유형과 구성요소를 살펴보고 사회복지적 함의를 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 문헌 선정은 웹 기반 데이터베이스에 ‘청소년’, ‘비행’, ‘사회학습이론’ 등을 검색어로 하여, 검색 시작시점에 제한 없이 2018년 7월까지 획득된 국내 문헌을 대상으로 하였다. 1차적으로 Akers의 사회학습이론에 대한 문헌으로 추출한 5,486편의 논문 중 청소년과 비행을 주제로 연구한 36편의 논문을 선정하였으며, 이중 질 평가를 통과한 36편의 논문을 최종 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 다양한 사회과학분야에서 청소년 비행이 연구되었으며, 패널 데이터를 활용한 연구가 주를 이루었고, 대략 2003년부터 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 여러 유형의 청소년 비행이 측정되었고, 가장 많은 비행유형은 음주 및 흡연으로 나타났다. 또한, 시간의 흐름에 따라 청소년의 비행유형이 변화하였고, 2009년 이후의 논문에서는 인터넷 비행(사이버 성폭력 및 스토킹, 언어폭력, 음란 폭력물 접촉 등)이 측정되었다. 셋째, 청소년 비행을 설명함에 있어서 Akers 사회학습이론의 주요 변인 중 차별적 접촉의 중요성이 공통적으로 보고되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국 청소년의 비행 유형 및 구성요인의 특성을 설명하는데 Akers 사회학습이론의 유용성을 제시하였고, 사회복지의 실천적, 정책적 함의를 위한 논의와 후속연구에 대한 제언을 덧붙였다.

The purpose of this study is to review types and factors of juvenile delinquency and to provide implications for social work practice and policy. To do so, this study conducted a systematic literature review on juvenile delinquency applying the Akers social learning theory. Key words of the systematic search were adolescents, delinquency, and social learning theory using web-based databases. Studies published until July in 2018 were searched and initially 5486 studies were found. Out of 5486 studies, 36 empirical studies were finally included for anlaysis after quality assessment. In results, first, studies on juvenile delinquency was actively conducted in various disciplines since 2003 and majority of them used panel data. Second, while various types of juvenile delinquency were reported, alcohol drinking and smoking were the most common behaviors studied. Also, types of juvenile delinquency has been changed; since 2009, problematic behaviors related to internet such as cyber sexual violence, stalking, and bullying were studies. Lastly, the importance of differential association influencing juvenile delinquency was commonly reported. Based on the study findings, this study confirmed the usefulness of Akers social learning theory to explain juvenile delinquency, and provided some implications for the future study, social work practice, and policy.
