dc.description.abstract	아시아 주요국은 공통적으로 출산율 감소 및 의료기술과 생활여건 개선 등에 따른 기대수명 증가로 인해 급속한 인구 고령화와 함께 다양한 건강 문제를 경험하고 있으며, 노인 인구가 증가하는 구조에서 건강 노화라는 글로벌 기조에 따라 이를 실현하기 위한 정책적 관심을 쏟고 있다. 본 연구는 아시아 주요국 노인의 건강 수준을 파악하고 각국에서 건강 노화를 위해 실시 중인 중장년 및 노인 대상 보건의료 프로그램과 정책을 검토함으로써 국내 정책에 주는 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구는 현재의 건강노화 지원정책, 제도, 프로그램의 충분성과 접근성을 개선하고 환자 중심의 연속적 보건의료 서비스를 제공하며, 지역사회 계속 거주의 가치를 지원할 수 있는 지역사회 역량에 대한 점검과 개선이 건강 노화 증진을 위해 필요하다고 제언하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study is to review health care programs and policies for promoting healthy ageing in Asian countries. This study found that Asian countries have commonly experienced health problems such as the increased prevalence of chronic diseases and the decreased levels of physical and cognitive functions due to the rapid population ageing. Under these circumstances, countries put much efforts on planning and implementing programs and policies to improve health ageing. Even though it has been difficult to conclude that current programs and policies in Asian countries are sufficient to achieve healthy ageing, their experiences have been implicated in the improvement of healthy ageing in Korea. By reviewing health care programs and policies for promoting healthy ageing in Asian countries, this study could draw implications such as strengthening access to health care systems, providing continuing and integrated health care services for the elderly, and strengthening community capacity to support the value of ageing in place.
