dc.description.abstract	- 지난 10여 년간 남북 교류·협력이 중단되면서 북한 영유아 및 아동에 대한 우리의 인도적 지원도 중단된 바 있음. 남북 관계가 회복되면 한반도 전체의 번영을 위한 장기적 투자 관점에서 영유아 및 아동에 대한 효율적인 지원방안을 마련하여 우선적으로 실행할 필요가 있음. - 북한 아동의 현재 영양 문제는 아동이 성장하더라도 임신·출산을 하는 모성의 열악한 건강 상태로 이어지고, 이는 다시 태아의 건강 상태에 영향을 미치는 악순환으로 나타날 수 있음. - 이러한 점에서 북한의 영유아 및 아동의 건강과 영양 상태 개선을 위한 지속적인 지원이 요청되며, 나아가 아동의 삶의 질에 초점을 둔 통합적인 아동 지원 방안의 개발과 실행이 요구됨.
