dc.description.abstract	2차 세계대전 이후 70년 동안 스웨덴 장애인 정책의 관점은 복지에서 인권으로 전환되는 과정을 거치게 된다. 정상화와 사회통합을 실현함에 있어 장애인의 자기 통제권과 선택을 강조하는 스웨덴은 1993년 LSS(특정 기능 손상을 입은 장애인을 위한 지원 및 서비스) 입법과 시행으로 장애인에게 평등과 접근성, 높은 삶의 질을 보장하고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 본고에서는 스웨덴 장애인 정책의 체계와 LSS 입법 배경 및 LSS가 지원하는 서비스 내용을 고찰하고, 시행 이후 사회조사를 통하여 스웨덴 내에서 제기되어 오는 논란과 주요 이슈(비용 증가, 개인의 책임성, 질 관리, 욕구조사 평가척도의 표준화)를 정리하여 보았다.
