dc.description.abstract	지난 9월 스웨덴 정부는 2018년 예산안을 발표하면서 현 정부의 정책 성과를 논하고 앞으로의 방향을 제시했다. 특히 2018년이 사민당-녹색당 연립정부의 마지막 해인 만큼, 스웨덴 정부는 2018년 예산안에서 지난 4년간의 성과를 정리하면서 동시에 총선을 겨냥해 새로운 청사진을 그렸다. 연립정부는 이민자 증가와 스웨덴 사회의 고령화로 인해 사회복지를 확대하는 것이 불가피하다고 주장하며, 향후 집중적으로 투자할 분야를 선정했다(Government Offices of Sweden, 2017a). 이 글에서는 2018년 예산안에 나타난 스웨덴 정부의 사회복지 개혁 방향을 가늠하고자 한다.
