| dc.description.abstract | 최근 들어 다양한 복지 정책 중에서 가족 서비스의 확충에 대한 요구가 한층 더 거세지고 있다. 가족의 다양성이 강화되면서 1인 가구, 한부모 가족, 재혼 가족, 다문화 가족 등 ‘전형적이지 않은’ 가족들을 위한 보편주의적이고 포괄적인 서비스의 필요성이 커지고 있기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 가족 서비스 지원 체계를 돌봄 지원, 일·가정 양립 지원, 위기 가족과 취약 가족을 위한 지원, 가족 교육 및 상담 서비스로 구분하여 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 가족 지원을 강화하기 위해서는 전반적인 가족 관련 법제들의 통합적 정비와 법적 지원 강화가 우선적으로 요구되고, 보편주의적이고 포괄적인 서비스를 위해 건강가정기본법과 건강가정지원센터의 개선이 필요함을 제언하였다. |
