| dc.description.abstract | 가족사회 환경의 변화로 가족 내 부양이 필요한 수요자는 급증하는 데 비해 부양관 약화와 가족 규모 축소, 맞벌이 부부 및 가족 해체 등으로 가족 내 부양을 담당할 주체가 감소하는 단적인 현상이 야기되었다. 가족 부양 환경이 약화됨에 따라 부양 공백이 발생하여 장기적으로 많은 사회적 비용 부담을 불러올 가능성이 높으므로 균형 있는 가족 부양 체계 마련을 위한 정책적 모색이 요구된다. 가족 부양의 위기 요인인 양성불평등적인 가부장적 가치와 문화에서 탈피하기 위해서는 일·가정 양립의 실천적인 제도가 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다. 가족 부양 위기의 예방부터 사후적인 치료·회복 등의 단계별 접근에서는 가족 및 개인의 특성에 따라 차별화된 전략이 모색되어야 한다. 청년층의 성인기 이행 지체로 인해 부모 세대가 노인과 성인 자녀 부양이라는 이중 부양 부담을 안게 되는 문제를 해소하기 위해서는 청소년의 발달적 욕구에 맞는 괜찮은 일자리 창출부터 소득 및 주거, 결혼·출산 등에 대한 다양한 지원책이 마련되어야 할 것이다. |
