| dc.description.abstract | 본고는 저출산·고령사회기본계획(1차, 2차, 3차)을 중심으로 그간의 양육 지원 정책의 추진 현황을 살펴보고 향후 정책과제를 제안하고 있다. 양육 지원 정책은 양육 비용 부담 경감과 양육 지원 인프라 확충 측면에서 전개되었으며, 2013년 전 계층 보육료 지원 및 양육수당 도입에 따라 비용 부담 완화 정책은 획기적인 확대를 이루었다. 2015년 제3차 저출산·고령화사회기본계획은 ‘맞춤형 돌봄 확대’를 목표로 종합적이고 구조적인 접근을 바탕으로 통합적 지원체계를 구축해 나가고 있다. 앞으로도 3차 기본계획을 바탕으로 지속적인 공공형 인프라의 확충과 공적 아이돌봄서비스에 대한 확대, 사적 영역의 서비스 질 관리 방안 마련이 요구된다. |
