| dc.description.abstract | 중증질환 가구의 의료비 지출액은 가구의 소득 수준이 높을수록 순차적으로 높아졌으며, 이는 개인의 사회경제적수준이 의료이용에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 작을 것이라고 예상되는 중증질환에서조차 소득 수준에 따라 의료비 지출의 차이가 발생하고 있음을 보여 줌. 의료서비스 총량에서뿐 아니라 부문별 이용 양상에서도 소득 수준에 따른 차이가 나타나, 저소득층은 처방의약품을 제외한 외래와 입원서비스 이용 모두에서 불리한 위치를 드러냄. 의료이용의 형평성을 달성하고 저소득층의 미충족 의료 필요를 충족시키기 위해서는 더 적극적인 보장성 강화 정책이 요구되며, 새 정부의 건강보험 보장성 강화 정책이 의료이용의 형평성을 제고하는 데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 면밀한 검토가 필요함. |
