초록
본 연구는 2008년도 장애인실태조사 자료 분석을 통해 장애인의 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 장애인의 특성을 살펴보고, 다음으로 장애인을 취업과 비취업집단으로 구분하여 두 집단 간 특성의 차이를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 장애인의 취업결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 분석을 프로빗분석을 통해 실시하였다. 결과, 인구사회학적 특성 중에서는 성별, 연령, 결혼 여부, 기초수급 여부, 가구주 여부, 주관적 소속계층이,인적자본 특성 중에서는 교육수준, 주관적 건강상태가, 장애특성에서는 장애유형, 장애정도, 만성질환 여부, 일상생활 도움정도가 취업 결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to find out what factors would determine the employment of the disabled by using probit analysis based on 2008 National Survey of Disabled Population. As a result of the analysis, with respect to the demographic characteristics, the statistically noticeable showing was made for the employment determinants for gender, age, marital status, receiving social welfare, and head of household, and the human resource capital characteristics for education level, subjective health status while the disability characteristics for disability type, degree of disability, chronic illness, and help on ordinary living.
