| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 전환으로서의 의미를 가지는 발달과정 중에 있는 초기 청소년의 발달 특성을 가장 효과적으로 설명할 것으로 기대되는 브론펜브레너의 작용－개인－맥락－시간모델(Process-Person-Context-Time, 이하 PPCT모델)에 기반하여, 청소년을 둘러싼 환경적 맥락 조건 하에서 개별 환경과의 인지된 관계가 자신의 미래지향적 특성인 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 브론펜브레너의 PPCT모델의 이론적 개요와 함께 청소년의 진로성숙도와 주요 환경체계와의 작용에 관한 선행연구를 검토하여 연구틀을 설정하고, 한국복지패널 4차년도 자료를 활용하여 연구틀을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 초기청소년은 발달과정 중에서 자기 자신 뿐 아니라 가족(부모)·또래·학교(교사)·지역사회의 환경체계에 둘러싸여 있으면서 그들과의 역동적인 관계를 형성하고 있다. 초기청소년의 진로성숙도는 자아존중감·가족갈등해결/부모의 교육참여/부모의 지도감독·또래애착·교사유대감·지역사회활동 참여 등 각 체계와의 관계적 특성에 의해 통계적으로 유의미한 수준의 영향을 받으나, 모든 관계에 동시에 노출되었을 경우에는 가족(부모)과의 관계적 특성이 나머지 요인에 의해 영향력을 잃었다. 즉, 초기청소년기에 들어선 개인은 가족과 같은 비공식적 체계보다는 비교적 공식적인 환경체계에 보다 더 노출되고 영향을 받는다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The object of this study is to examine the effects of perceived relationships with environmental systems on vocational maturity of early adolescents who are in the transitional stage of development. This study is based on Bronfenbrenner`s Process-Person-Context-Time(PPCT) Model. The research model was theoretically constructed after a thorough investigation of the Bronfenbrenner`s PPCT Model, previous literature on vocational maturity of early adolescents, studies that examined the relationships between early adolescents and significant environmental systems. The research model was then empirically examined using the child supplementary survey and the household survey from the 4th wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study. Early adolescents, who are in the process of development, are surrounded by environmental systems involving their families(parents), peers, schools (teachers), and communities, and they form the dynamic relationships with all of them. Vocational maturity of early adolescents is affected by relationships with each system, including self-esteem, resolution of family conflict, involvement of parents in their children`s education, parental supervision, peer attachment, bonds with teachers, and participation in community activities. However, the effect of family(parents), which is expected to have a strong impact on individuals in childhood, loses its statistical significance on vocational maturity when variables representing relationships with other systems are included in the analytic model. This means that individuals in early adolescence are more exposed and more affected by formal environmental systems than by informal systems such as families. Lastly, the implications from the study results and the suggestions for future research are discussed. |
