| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 한국복지패널 자료를 이용하여 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 사회경제적 요인 특성을 살펴보고 사회경제적 요인에 따른 건강불평등 정도를 분석하였다. 최근의 많은 사회역학 연구들을 보면 건강불평등의 존재와 건강 결정 요인으로 사회경제적 요인이 중요함을 알 수 있다(Kim, Kim, 2007). 또한, 건강행태 중에서 사회경제적 격차가 큰 대표적인 건강행태는 흡연율이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 패널 자료의 특성을 이용하여 한국복지패널의 2008년부터 2012년 자료로 사회경제적 요인과 흡연여부가 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는지를 선형혼합모형을 사용하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 건강에 미치는 영향이 큰 흡연율에 대해서 상대불평등지수를 이용하여 사회경제적 격차에 따른 불평등 수준을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 사회경제적 요인과 흡연여부는 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 주는 유의한 변수이고, 흡연율에 따른 사회경제적 격차는 줄어들지 않고 있으며 교육수준과 소득수준에서 불평등 정도가 확대되었음을 알 수 있었다. We study the relationship between the socio-economic factors and the health inequalities using Korea welfare panel study data. Recently, many social dynamic studies have evaluated the socio-economic position in health inequalities and determinants of health. Especially, smoking has been identified as the important factor among health’s behaviors with large disparities in socio-economic position. In this paper, we used Korea welfare panel data from 2008 to 2012 and examined whether the subjective health was associated with socio-economic inequalities and smoking using the linear mixed model. The relative index of inequality (RII) was also used to evaluate the difference by socio-economic inequalities in cigarette smoking. The results show that socio-economic position indicator and smoking were statistically significant in health inequality. The widening relative inequalities by cigarette smoking were found in education and family income. |
