| dc.description.abstract | 국제학생성취도평가를 계기로 핀란드는 자국의 교육제도가 학생들에게 질 높은 교육의 기회를 공평하게 제공하고 있다는 사실을 온 세계에 알리게 됐고, 세계 각국의 교육 관계자와 전문가들은 그 비책을 배우기 위해 핀란드로 몰려들었다. 세계적으로 널리 확산되고 있는 시장 중심의 교육 개혁 방향과는 사뭇 다른 핀란드의 독특한 교육제도는 1970년대에 시작된 핀란드 교육개혁의 산물이다. 사회경제적 배경에 관계 없이 누구나 교육의 균등한 기회를 누릴 수 있는 교육 강국 핀란드에서 교육개혁의 교훈을 배운다. |
