dc.description.abstract	급속히 발달하고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT)은 보건의료서비스 분야에서도 과거와는 다른 새로운 형태의 전달체계와 이용행태를 등장시키고 있다. 예를 들어 정보화시대의 환자들은 각종 자가건강 관리기기들을 이용, ‘의료기관’이라는 특정화된 공간을 벗어나 실시간으로 본인의 건강상태를 확인하고 관리한다. 또한 전통적인 보건의료서비스가 가정하였던 ‘모든 사람에게 적용되는 보편화 표준화된 치료법(golden therapy)’은 맞춤형 의료(personalized medicine)로 일컬어지는 개인화 특화된 모습으로 변모하고 있다. 인구고령화, 만성질환 증가, 의료 사각지대 해소, 환자 중심적 가치 실현 등의 측면에서도 ICT가 가지는 함의는 작지 않다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터를 활용, ICT와 보건의료서비스 융합에 관한 미래신호를 예측하고, ICT와 보건의료서비스 융합이 지향해야 할 정책적 목표를 제안하였다. 그 방향성은 첫째, 의료서비스 보장성을 확대하는 것이어야 하며, 둘째, 효율성과 생산성 제고에 활용되어 지속가능한 보건의료체계 구축에 기여해야 한다. 마지막으로 양(volume) 중심의 서비스 제공을 질적 수준을 고려한 서비스 제공으로 개선하는 데에 도움을 주어야 할 것이다.
dc.description.abstract	In this study, it is assumed that ICT and healthcare service convergence is a very effective means in terms of raising public health level, improving efficiency of health care system, and developing healthcare service industry. The policy directions for the activation of ICT and healthcare service convergence presented in this study are as follows. First, convergence should be approached in the direction of expanding healthcare coverage to the people. This means that ICT should be used as a means of realizing the most fundamental value of healthcare. Second, ICT should be used to enhance the efficiency, productivity and sustainability of the Korean healthcare system. ICT can play a significant role in improving the redundancy, inefficiency, and excessive competition that the Korean healthcare system has. Finally, the convergence of ICT and healthcare services should contribute to improving the quality of care. By using ICT, it is necessary to change into quality- based service, and strengthen the management authority of consumers on medical information. And ultimately contribute to building a 'consumer-centered healthcare system'.
