dc.description.abstract	ㅁ국민연금기금을 저출산대책사업의 재원(국채투자 방식)으로 활용하는 방안에 대해 논의 중이며 관련 법안이 발의된 바 있음. - 본 연구는 제도 측면에서 출산율과 국민연금재정 안정성의 관계가 어느 정도 밀접한지를 객관적으로 입증하는 동시에 기금 측면에서 국민연금의 국공채투자 문제점을 장기적인 관점에서 분석하였음. - 출산정책이 성공하여 출산율이 올라가는 것을 가정한 후 추가적인 인구 증가로 인한 보험료 수입과 기금 운용 수익이 보험재정에 기여하는 규모를 절대적인 수준과 상대적인 수준으로 평가해 보았음. - 기금 측면에서는 국채에 대한 투자가 장기적으로 야기할 수 있는 유동성 확보의 문제점을 분석하였음.
