dc.description.abstract	공적연금제도를 안정적으로 유지하는데 있어 크게 재정적 지속가능성과 사회적 지속가능성을 목표로 둘 수 있다. 국민연금과 공무원연금 등 최근 단행된 공적연금 개혁은 재정적 지속가능성에 무게를 두고 있어 상대적으로 사회적 지속가능성이 약화되면서 연금제도 본연의 목적인 노후소득보장 수준에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 재정문제와 적정소득 보장이라는 서로 상반되는 정책목표에 있어 소득대체율은 퇴직전 소득을 연금소득이 얼마나 대체할 수 있는지를 보여주는 하나의 지표로 의미가 있는데, 본고에서는 국민연금과 공무원연금을 중심으로 소득대체율과 재정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.
