dc.description.abstract	제 1차 아동정책 기본계획(2015-2019)은 그동안 분절적으로 수립되고 시행되었던 아동관련 정책을 종합한 우리나라 최초의 포괄적인 중장기 국가계획이다. 아동정책 기본계획은 아동이행복한 사회라는 지향을 분명히 함과 동시에 아동의 권리에 대한 인식과 아동의 목소리에 대한 존중을 아동정책의 우선순위로 삼고 있다. 이러한 정책비전의 실현을 위해 미래를 준비하는 삶, 건강한 삶, 안전한 삶, 함께하는 삶의 4개 핵심 정책영역과 실행기반 조성으로 구성되는 아동정책기본계획은 중앙정부부처 및 지방자치단체의 시행계획 수립 및 추진의 근거가 되며, 올해 1차년도 시행계획의 연차별 평가를 앞두고 있다. 본고는 아동정책기본계획의 실행력을 제고하기 위한 방안에 대해 첫째, 아동사업실행을 위한 예산확충, 둘째, 아동정책 추진 및 실행체계의 보완과 정비, 셋째, 지속적이고 체계적인 아동정책 모니터링 시스템 확보를 중심으로 논의하고 있다
