| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구의 목표는 국가통계가 되어 2014년부터 3년 주기로 생산하게 된 어린이 식생활 안전지수에 대한 정확성, 활용성 등을 제고하기 위해 평가체계 및 평가지표를 개선하는 것이며, 또한 어린이 식생활안전관리 특별법에 의거하여 인지실천 조사대상을 중고등학생까지 확대하기 위한 설문지 개발 등 명실상부한 어린이 식생활 안전지수를 생산하기 위한 체계의 구축으로 세부목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 지수개발 등에 대한 타 연구고찰 및 시사점 도출 둘째, 현 어린이 식생활 안전지수 생산체계에 대한 진단 및 문제점 인지 셋째, 현 어린이 식생활 안전지수 생산체계의 개선 넷째, 인지·실천 영역 조사대상 확대(중·고등학생)에 따른 설문 문항 개발 및 통계적 검증 다섯째, 재구축된 평가체계에 의한 사전조사, 예비조사 실시 여섯째, 어린이 식생활 안전지수 조사 및 평가체계 구축을 위한 정책제언 |
| dc.description.abstract | To improve the Children's Dietary Life Safety Index, which should be produced every three years from 2017 after approved by National Statistics in 2012, assessment system and indicators were reviewed and improvements were derived. Simplification of composition of the assessment system, reestablishment of weights, quality evaluation by indicators from Safety Index, development of cognitive and practice survey for middle and high school students and statistical verification were performed. Also, assessment area were revised from “safety”, “nutrition”, and “cognition and practice” as “infrastructure”, “safety”, and “nutrition.” Cognitive and practice survey which investigates food intake of elementary school student was independent from the safety index calculation system and added to the total score in a ratio of 14% when calculating final Safety Index score. To calculate the safety index, two scoring systems were applied; a leveled system which has a five-level to out of a 100-point; and an indexation system by using the mean and standard deviation from each indicators. The model for indexation system was modified from Composite Consumer Sentiment Index(CCSI) by the Bank of Korea. In addition, to improve the assessment indicators, implications were derived and in-depth review were conducted by literature review and advisory committee from statistics, safety and nutrition areas. After preliminary investigation, performance assessment of local governments and cognitive and practice survey of children were combined in the ration of 86 to 14 to calculate Safety Index. As a result, in leveld system, 72.38 point was the highest, 54.20 point was the lowest and the average score was 64.05 point. Also, in indexation system, the highest score was 68.36 and the lowest score 28.10 with fixed mean of 50(100 from CCSI) and fixed standard deviation of 100. Since the national investigation in 2017 will be conducted by the newly established Safety Index system, calculation of undisputed Safety Index and time series comparison analysis will be possible. |
