dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 우리나라 만 19세 이상 성인의 주관적 건강상태 궤적과 그 예측요인을 확인하고, 이러한 궤적 및 예측요인이 장애인과 비장애인 각 집단 내적으로, 그리고 집단 간에 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 1차년도(2006년)부터 9차년도(2014년) 자료를 활용하였고, 최종분석대상은 14,613명이다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 무조건부 모형에 대한 장애인과 비장애인 집단의 다중집단분석결과 두 집단의 건강상태 궤적이 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 장애인의 건강상태 궤적이 더욱 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. (2) 주관적 건강상태 궤적과 예측요인의 관계를 분석한 조건부 모형의 다중집단분석 결과, 건강 불평등 예측요인 유형이 ①심화요인(장애인과 비장애인 모두 연령), ②지속요인(장애인: 교육, 취업, 음주, 주거환경, 사회적지지; 비장애인: 흡연, 사회적지지) ③완화요인(장애인: 소득, 외래진료 수; 비장애인: 소득, 교육, 결혼, 취업, 음주, 외래진료 수, 주거환경) ④무영향요인(장애인: 성별, 결혼, 흡연, 건강검진 수; 비장애인: 성별)으로 구분되었다. 이러한 결과는 장애인과 비장애인 집단별로 건강상태궤적이 불평등하고, 예측요인의 종류가 다름을 의미한다. 따라서 장애인과 비장애인 집단의 건강을 증진 및 예방하고 건강 불평등을 해결하기 위해서는 건강상태에 미치는 요인들이 시간의 흐름에 따라서, 그리고 장애유무에 따라서 다름을 고려하여 보다 세밀한 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.
dc.description.abstract	This study was aimed at examining self-rated health trajectories of health and their associated factors among people aged 19 and over in Korea. Also, whether these estimated results differ according to people with and without disabilities was analyzed. For these purposes, we used latent growth curve modeling and multi-group analysis involving 14,613 individuals who participated in the Korean Welfare Panel Study from 2006 to 2014. Major findings are as follows. 1) Multi-group analysis revealed that health trajectories differed between people with and without disabilities. Specifically, health status was worse in people with disabilities’ than in people without disabilities. 2) Multi-group analysis of conditional model revealed that health trajectories and their associated factors differed between people with and without disabilities. These results can be divided into four types: ① inequality intensified (i.e., aged), ② inequality maintained (i.e., w/disabled: education, employment status, residential environment) ③ inequality alleviated (i.e., w/disabled: income, number of outpatient visits; w/o disabled: income, education), ④ non effected (i.e., w/disabled: marital status, smoking; w/o disabled: gender). These findings suggest that the health related interventions should be planned considering the differences between the disabled and non-disabled people.
