| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 치매노인 가족의 삶의 질 척도인 Family Quality of Life in Dementia(FQOL-D)를 근거로 한국 치매노인 가족의 삶의 질을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 것이다. FQOL-D 척도는 장애인 가족의 삶의 질 분야에서 가장 광범위하게 사용되는 척도 중의 하나인 Beach Center의 Family Quality of Life 척도를 기반으로 Rose와 Williams(2010)에 의해 개발되었다. 연구자료는 대전과 충청지역에 거주하는 치매노인 가족부양자 156명으로부터 수집되었다. 수집된 자료에 대한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 최종적으로 24문항으로 구성된 한국치매노인 가족의 삶의 질 척도를 개발하였다. 이 척도는 ‘가족상호작용’, ‘사회적/정서적 안녕’, ‘신체적/물질적 안녕’, ‘치매관련 지지’, ‘돌봄역량’의 5개 요인으로 구성되었다. 개발된 척도의 Cronbach"s α 값이 .900으로 높은 내적 일치도를 보였으며, 최종 모형의 적합도지수 TLI가 .886, CFI가 .900, RMSEA가 .067로 적합한 수준의 타당도를 나타내었다. 또한 수렴타당성 및 판별타당성도 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 타당화한 척도를 활용하여 치매노인을 돌보는 개별 가족의 자산과 능력을 파악할 수 있으며, 치매노인 가족의 삶의 질에 미치는 정책의 영향도 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to develop and test the validity of the Family Quality of Life in Dementia (FQOL-D) scale for Korean sample. The FQOL-D scale was developed in 2010 (Rose & Williams) based on the Beach Center Family Quality of Life Scale, which is the most widely used scale in the area of family quality of life research. The data used were collected from 156 dementia family caregivers in Daejeon metropolitan city and Chungcheong province. These analyses supported five-factor structure of the FQOL-D scale which consisted of 24 items. Five factors are as follows: ‘family interaction’, ‘social/emotional well-being’, ‘physical/material well-being’ ‘dementia-related support’, and ‘caring competence’. The Cronbach"s alpha estimate of the scale was .900. This scale of five-factor model exhibited acceptable fit when it was assessed by overall fit measure criteria (TLI=.886, CFI=.900, RMSEA=.067). Also, this scale met the criteria of convergent and discriminant validity. These results proved the validity of the scale. The FQOL-D scale should be useful to capture the asset and capability of individual family with dementia, and the policy impact on families with dementia. |
