dc.description.abstract	- 인구현상은 사회ㆍ경제현상과 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 관계로 현재의 저출산현상 극복 방안을 마련하기 위하여 우선적으로 저출산현상이 미래 사회와 개인에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 필요 - 합계출산율 상승 시 발생하는 사회경제적 편익을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 저출산대책에 대한 투자의 효용성에 관한 논리를 개발할 필요가 있음 - 향후 저출산대책에 대한 투자는 과거 원인에 대응하기 위한 미시적인 지원 수준에 국한하지 않고 근본적인 사회구조적 문제를 해결하는 것이 중요함. 이와 관련 고용, 주거, 교육 등 사회구조의 개혁과 관련한 정책 수요를 조사하고 그 결과를 토대로 대안을 검토하는 작업이 필요함.
