| dc.description.abstract | 빅데이터는 미래 국가 경쟁력에도 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대하여 국가별로는 안전을 위협하는 글로벌 요인이나 테러, 재난재해, 질병, 위기 등에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 우선적으로 도입하고 있다. 한국은 최근 정부3.0과 창조경제의 추진과 실현을 위하여 현 정부의 주요 정책과제를 지원하기 위하여 다양한 분야에 빅데이터의 활용가치가 강조되고 있다. 특히, 많은 국가와 기업에서는 SNS를 통하여 생산되는 소셜 빅데이터의 활용과 분석을 통하여 새로운 경제적 효과와 일자리 창출은 물론 사회적 문제의 해결을 위하여 적극적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 빅데이터를 기반으로 우리나라 보건복지 주요 이슈에 대한 동향을 분석하기 위한 것으로 2015년의 주요 이슈로는 메르스, 담배, 통일, 청소년 음란물 유통의 4개의 주제에 대해 소셜 빅데이터를 수집하여 동향분석과 수요예측 및 위험예측 모형을 제시하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | Big data consists of various forms of data in large volumes, which are rapidly created. Therefore, it requires a new management and analysis methodology. Moreover, as social media platforms emerge as the source of information about the feelings and sentiments of the current times with messages on politics, economics, society, and culture, policy agendas set up in public spheres can be identified from social media. Countless comments between individuals and society evolve as a log of information, which continues to evolve as an asset for public policy Song YJ (2012) Age of Big Data! As such, many nations and businesses actively strive for new economic effects, job creation, as well as solving social problems through the utilization and analysis of social big data created through social networking services (SNS). This study proposes study methodologies and utilization strategies of social big data that can create value and predict the future by gathering and analyzing social big data from various fields. |
