dc.description.abstract	의료서비스의 과다이용, 오용에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 국민의료비의 지속적 증가로 인해 보건의료체계의 지속가능성에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 보건의료체계의 효율성과 지속가능성을 보장하기 위해서는 博利多賣가 아닌 의료서비스의 효과성과 가치를 고려한 합리적 의료이용이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 합리적 의료이용을 정의하고 의료이용의 지역변이에 대한 실태분석을 통해 개선방안을 제시하였다.
dc.description.abstract	- This study aimed (1) to define the appropriate use of healthcare services, (2) to explore the problems and variation of healthcare services by using a systematic review and empirical analyses, and (3) to tease out key messages on future directions for promoting the appropriate use of healthcare services. ○ Multiple perspectives of providers, patients, and health insurance were applied.
