dc.description.abstract	□ 공공보건의료의 개념과 기능을 재정립하고 국민의 공공보건의료에 대한 인식과 기대를 심층적으로 파악하여 민간의료의 역할을 고려한 가운데 향후 우리나라 공공보건의료 발전방향과 주요과제를 도출하고자 함.
dc.description.abstract	- This study aimed (1) to review theories of public medical system, (2) to explore the implications by reviewing public hospitals in Japan and USA, (3) to examine current status of public hospitals through literature review and by using the realistic evaluation for both regional public hospitals and national university hospitals, and (4) to tease out key messages for future directions and development strategies of public medical system.
