dc.description.abstract	복지 요구가 환경변화에 따라 다양해지고, 소득이 증가함에 따라 복지 요구가 양적 질적으로 증가하고 있는데 반해 이를 뒷받침하는 예산은 무한정 증가할 수 없다. 특히 고령화와 저출산, 경제 저성장 기조의 정착 등 복지를 둘러싼 환경의 변화는 양적·질적으로 증가하는 복지수요와 제한된 자원 간의 충돌문제를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 미래의 주요 복지환경변화를 고려할 때 장기적으로 더욱 심화될 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하는 수단으로서 복지기술에 주목하여 복지기술의 이론적 논의, 성공적 복지기술의 조건과 경제적 역할, 문헌연구와 빅데이터분석을 통한 복지수요와 복지기술의 적용 현황과 전망 등을 살펴보고, 복지기술 적용 성공의 조건, 연구개발 전략 등 복지기술과 복지의 미래에 관한 함의를 모색하였다. 본 연구는 과학기술의 복지에의 효과적이고 효율적인 적용을 가능하게 하는 복지와 기술 융합체계 구축 연구를 통해 제한된 자원 하에서 복지환경 변화에 따라 양적·질적으로 증가하는 복지수요에 대응하기 위한 선제적이고 지속가능한 정책대응을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
dc.description.abstract	Welfare technology is considered as a proper instrument for the problem solving of the contradiction between the rising welfare demand and the limited resources. For the successful application of welfare technology to welfare system the following conditions are required. Firstly, welfare technology must satisfy the cost-effectiveness condition. Secondly, welfare technology must have a sufficient market to promote economy. Thirdly, the role of public sector is very important to make application of welfare technology to welfare system successful. Motivation and financing of public sector play a positive role for the success of welfare technology. Fourthly, there must be a structured work flow for the welfare technology. Sixthly, there must be an established system of welfare technology evaluation. Seventhly, there must be an established system of information collection and exchange.
