dc.description.abstract	- 빈곤 관련 지수들은 2009년을 정점으로 개선되는 경향을 보여 왔는데, 2013년의 경우 전년대비 소득 빈곤율은 소폭 등락한 것으로, 지출 빈곤율은 악화된 것으로 나타남. 불평등도(지니계수)의 경우 전년대비 소득 불평등은 개선된 것으로, 지출 불평등은 악화된 것으로 나타남. - 2013년 절대적 빈곤율은 시장소득 기준 11.7%, 경상소득 기준 7.7%, 가처분 소득 기준 9.0%로 나타남. 즉, 공적이전소득의 빈곤감소 효과는 34.2%이며, 여기에 조세ㆍ연금기여금ㆍ사회보험료 부담을 감안한 경우 빈곤감소 효과는 23.1%임. - 2013년 상대적 빈곤율(중위 50% 미만)은 시장소득 기준 16.7%, 경상소득 기준 14.1%, 가처분소득 기준 13.7%로 나타남. 즉, 공적이전소득의 빈곤감소 효과는 15.6%이며, 여기에 조세ㆍ연금기여금ㆍ사회보험료 부담을 감안한 경우 빈곤감소 효과는 18%임. - 인구 유형별 빈곤율은 노인, 1인가구, 여성가구주가구, 한부모가구 순으로 빈곤율이 높은 것으로 나타남. 이들 집단의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 빈곤완화 정책과 관련 연구들이 요구됨.
