| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중년여성의 문제음주수준과 생활만족도 간의 관계에서 우울과 자아존중감의 다중매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 보건복지부, 한국보건사회연구원, 서울대학교에서 구축한 제8차 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel) 조사자료 중 40세~59세에 해당하는 중년여성 1,136명을 대상으로 SPSS 20.0과 Preacher와 Hayes(2008)가 개발한 SPSS Indirect macro를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중년여성의 우울과 자아존중감의 총효과는 문제음주수준과 생활만족도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년여성의 우울은 문제음주수준과 생활만족도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 셋째, 중년여성의 자아존중감은 문제음주수준과 생활만족도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 중년여성의 문제음주로 인해 생활만족도가 낮아질 수 있는 상황에서 우울의 낮춤과 자아존중감의 향상을 통해 그들의 생활만족도를 높일 수 있는 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to verify the multiple mediating effect of depression and self-esteem on the relationship between problem drinking level and life satisfaction of the middle-aged women. For this study, data were drawn from the 8th wave panel data provided at The Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and Seoul National University. It included 1,136 persons of the middle-aged women. To analyze the data, SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Indirect macro were used. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) The total effect of depression and self-esteem influenced between problem drinking level and the life satisfaction directly or indirectly. (2) Depression mediated between problem drinking level and the life satisfaction. (3) Self-esteem mediated between problem drinking level and the life satisfaction. Based on the results, some implications were discussed to improve life satisfaction of the married middle-aged women through depression"s reduction and self-esteem"s improvement. |
