dc.description.abstract	재정적으로 지속 가능하며 현 노인세대의 노인 빈곤 문제를 완화시키는 기초연금제도로서 정착되기 위해 주기적이고 장기적인 제도 평가가 요구된다. 특히 국민연금과 연계를 통해 국민연금이 성숙 단계에 접어들수록 세대 내, 세대 간 형평성 유지 가능 여부에 대한 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기초연금제도로 인한 노후 생활 안정 효과를 예상해 보기 위하여 국민연금 수급자를 대상으로 기초연금 수급으로 인한 추가적인 노후 생활 안정효과를 다양한 지표들 중 소득대체율을 이용하여 비교해 보았으며, 현 노인세대와 미래 세대 모두에 대하여 분석하였다. 향후에 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 하여 노인 빈곤 완화 및 노후 생활 안정 효과를 예상하고, 제도의 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
dc.description.abstract	Korea is not alone in facing an aging challenge. Rising life spans and unaffordable pension pose similar concerns throughout the world. The aim of the Basic Pension is to ensure basic security for the old who are in the National Pension blind spot or receive unaffordable pension from the National Pension Scheme. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the Basic Pension on the current and future National Pension recipients. We hope that this study will be utilized as basic data to construct the Basic Pension program which would lead to considerable reduction of old age poverty and adequate and sustainable pension program. Finally, we thank many authors who took part in this project.
