dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 전문가인식조사를 통해 사례관리의 개념을 정리 및 체계화하였다. 또한 희망복지지원단 중심의 공공역역의 사례관리와 아동·청소년대상의 사례관리, 노인·장애인 대상 사례관리, 성인대상 사례관리 영역별 사업의 실태를 살펴보고 영역별 사례관리사업의 효율화를 위해 영역별 통합적 사례관리 운영을 위한 방안들과 전제조건들을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 사례관리사업 영역별 사업주체간 역할분담을 방안 제시를 통해 지역사회중심의 효율적 통합사례관리 체계를 구축하는데 기여할 것으로 기대하며, 사례관리 정책의 실효성 및 수혜자의 정책 체감도를 제고할 것으로 기대한다.
dc.description.abstract	Vulnerable families or individual have multidimensional disadvantages on socioeconomic and psychological domains. Integrated case management has been suggested as an alternative way to increase effectiveness and efficiency of social services by serving a package of services for people who have a variety of needs. There are different types of community based case management programs and service providers in public and private sectors such as ‘Heemangbockji Giwondan’ from public sector, ‘Dream Starts’ and ‘Priority for Education Welfare Services’ for vulnerable children, ‘Empowering Single Parent Vulnerable Families Services’, ‘Hope Ribbon Project’, ‘pilot services of Case Management for the Disabled’. In the process of performing different types of case management programs, Role conflicts among case management providers have been reported in the front line workers. Thus, the purpose of this study is to provide policy suggestions to adjust the role what case management providers take respectfully in a community.
