dc.description.abstract	- 기초연금 도입시 논란이 되고 있는 주요 쟁점에 대한 국민인식 조사 실시 - 기초연금 수급대상에 대한 조사결과, 65세 이상 전체 인구보다 소득하위 70%를 대상으로 하여 지급하는 방식(응답자 중 82.5%) 선호 - 급여 지급방식은 20만 원을 동일하게 지급하는 방식보다 차등지급하는 방식(72.4%) 선호 - 65세 이상 인구 중 소득하위 70%를 대상으로 하되, 급여를 차등 지급하는 방안에 대해서는 전체 응답자 중 67.2%가 선호 - 조사결과에 의하면 일반국민들은 기초연금에 대해 65세 이상 전체 인구에게 지급하거나 급여수준을 동일하게 지급하는 것보다는 일정한 조건에 따라 차등지급하는 방식 선호하는 것으로 나타남 - 기초연금 도입을 둘러싼 논란이 많은 반면, 정작 제도에 대한 일반국민의 이해정도는 낮은 것으로 조사되어, 기초연금에 대해 제대로 이해할 수 있도록 보다 적극적인 홍보 필요
