| dc.description.abstract | - 2011년 현재 한국의 근로빈곤층 규모는 외환위기 직후인 1999년보다 높은 수준으로 장기간에 걸쳐 근로빈곤 문제가 심각한 수준에 이르렀음을 말해줌 - 약 143만 명에 달하는 근로능력빈곤층에 대한 소득보장과 취업지원 등 보다 실질적인 지원정책을 마련해야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있음 - 근로빈곤층 지원정책은 지금까지 분절적으로 작동해 왔던 소득보장제도, 취업촉진급여, 취업지원제도를 유기적으로 연계한 수립이 필요 |
